An Overdue Update

Thanks to all for messaging about the lake. The lake formerly known as Mountain Shadow Lakes has been slated for demolition, including the draining of the lake and redevelopment of the land for housing.

As of this year, the property is still privately owned and off limits to visitors. Satellite imagery of the facility shows the lake nearly empty but the buildings intact.

No plans to save the lake have been made.
